My current situation

  • We didn’t meet our down-time, stores or budgetary objectives
  • We were poorly advised as to how to successfully implement the system and nothing tangible is used to drive on-site improvements
  • No one believes in the system so nothing has changed
  • The person who set it up left and no one else can use it

How do I make things easier?
