Mainsaver - Report
Day to Day - Visibility of ‘last shift reports’, work backlogs, and history of repair enable engineers to get straight to the root of the problem. This is often combined with personal metrics around their role (tasks completed etc.). All of this information is available in real-time.
Operational - The ability to review the department on a daily/weekly/monthly basis against target, whether it be comparisons of planned jobs to completed tasks, budget control or Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), these KPIs enable decisions to be made based on high quality information, and demonstrate conformance to service level agreements etc. Critically this information is available in real-time and can be alert triggered based upon the exception rather than the rule.
