Spidex BI
The award-winning Spidex BI is designed to operate out-of-the-box alongside Mainsaver with minimal installation time, no training and no customisation.
It offers the Mainsaver user community a powerful analysis dashboard which delivers real-time performance data on all the important engineering metrics, including work order management, engineer hours, stores usage and purchasing. Drill-down functionality enables users to isolate the root cause of recurring problems, cutting out hundreds of man-hours in administration time.
Improvement is fundamental to the design of Spidex BI. On its dashboards, performance information is displayed on colour-coded gauges so that the visual signal is clear and unmistakeable. If the needle is in the red, departmental performance for that particular measurement is below the agreed standard. Colour-coding is currently applied across 30 common engineering metrics and additional reports will be freely available from the Spidex customer website as each new one is developed.
